Krets Tattoo currently have a vacant area in our shop we’re looking to fill with something new and exciting! We’re looking for someone out there who needs a space for a workshop, studio, shop/showroom, pop-up, office, workshops— whatever it might be—but who can’t take on an entire location alone, or simply wants to share a creative environment with like-minded people. We’re open to all kinds of proposals, but prioritize those working in some form of creative field.
Founded 2019 as a combined tattoo studio, studio collective, workshop, and shop for small-batch creations from emerging designers, Krets over the years scaled down the retail side and replaced the studio spots with tattoo stations. We’ve hosted Blomster och Satir, as well as one-off rentals for temporary events (soap workshops, book launches, vintage market, etc.). Now we’re once again looking for someone to rent the currently vacant space. The rentable area is flexible ranging between approx. 7–25 sqm depending on your needs and budget. Large street-facing window with signage opportunities. If interested, you’ll also have access to Krets’ workshop, containing a TIG welder, various grinders, saws, hand tools, 3D printer, CNC router, amongst others.
Located right next to beautiful Svandammsparken in cozy Midsommarkransen, close to greenery, restaurants, and various creative businesses, two metro stops from Hornstull, one from Liljeholmen.
Rent is subject to VAT, and includes printer + paper, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea, garbage collection, electricity, and shared supplies, as well as daily cleaning of common areas. Rent level depends on area you wish to rent, starting from 5000 including VAT.
While still looking for a permanent tenant we’re also open to renting to single-day events such as pop-ups, flea markets, release parties, courses, etc.
Unfortunately, our landlord HSB does not allow any business focused on serving food or drinks.
