I added an ornamental background to the owl piece the client previously got done (I did not tattoo the owl) the ornamental piece was meant to adorn the neck area, I wanted this design to look like @itsnotjustme_itseverybody was wearing a piece of jewelry, inspired on tribal ornaments.
